When I first came into Disney experiences, we were met with a task to keep the channel fresh and relevant. This can be seen as easier said than done, especially working for one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world.
The biggest impact I’ve made on Disney Experiences is the ability to disrupt and be different while also keeping the objective of cross-functional partnerships in mind.
There have been many moments in my Disney Experience career where I’ve created with pop culture relevancy and the business in mind. I’m a believer that one does not have to come at the expense of the other.
